Update to BOR Phased Retirement Policy

Dear Colleagues,

An email was sent earlier this month to all UNI faculty and staff about proposed revisions to the Board of Regents policy manual, which includes the phased retirement program.

I’ve been informed by the board office that the proposed changes to the phased retirement program will not be recommended for inclusion in the new policy manual, and there will be no changes to the current phased retirement policy.

Information about the current phased retirement program can be found in Chapter 4: Personnel, 4.35: Phased and Early Retirement of the BOR policy manual.
