Governmental Relations changes

Dear UNI Family,

I am pleased to announce changes in the Office of Governmental Relations following Pat Geadelmann’s retirement on January 12.

Randy Pilkington will serve as the new Director of Federal Relations. Randy has been at UNI since 1987, and has been serving and will continue to serve as the Executive Director of Business and Community Services (BCS) for the last 15 years.

Kimberly Heffernan Moss will oversee all Board of Regents submissions and Legislative responses. Kimberly is a graduate of UNI and has been with the University since 2005, serving in the Office of Governmental Relations Office for the past 3 1/2 years.
