Employee Recognition Survey

UNI Family,

Graduate students in the Department of Communication Studies developed a project focused on determining how well employee recognition programs are working on campus. The group has created a survey and will conduct focus groups for employees. Information will be gathered, and findings will be shared with Human Resource Services and me.

I encourage you to complete this survey and, if asked, give your input in a focus group. Your participation in this research will help us understand how to better recognize all of you for the great work you do every day.
